The Developmental Disabilities Provider Association (DDPA) recognizes the growing community conversation regarding the Community and Employment Supports (CES) waiver waiting list in Arkansas.

Our members share a deep commitment to ensuring that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families receive timely, meaningful support. Addressing the complexities of the developmental disabilities service system requires thoughtful collaboration among state leaders, providers, the four Provider-led Arkansas Shared Savings Entities (PASSEs), and community stakeholders.

DDPA supports ongoing efforts to explore practical solutions that enhance family support, improve safety and health outcomes, and strengthen our state’s infrastructure. We remain dedicated to partnering with the State of Arkansas, the PASSEs, the Department of Human Services, and our legislators on sustainable, long-term strategies that benefit the individuals and families we serve.
