We are in the process of updating our training materials for employees that drive agency vehicles or transport individuals served in their own personal vehicles. Would other providers be willing to share a copy of their training materials/resources and share how training is done at their agency (e.g., face-to-face, on-line with competency test, etc.)?
We use Arkansas Transit Association for all of our Drivers Training. Crystal Johnson crystal@easykranch.com We do the online transportation training through Ar Transit Association. Rose Ray roser@hcccar.org All new hires complete the same required topics training, as well as CPR and First Aid. Drivers also must complete the ADDT Transportation Package Training, a 4 hour course available from Arkansas Transit Association. We usually get all of our driver training through ATA.
