Responses to Q1:
We do not currently advise them to attend a certain amount. It is expected that they will be here 5 days per week unless they let us know otherwise or communicate with their route driver otherwise.
We talk with potential families about our attendance policy. We will discuss potential options if they need an alternate schedule.
We have an attendance policy that is loosely enforced but it states that there cannot be more than 10 unexcused absences.
I don’t tell potential clients they have to be here 5 days, but I encourage them to come. If they are unsure what they want to do, we tell them try 3 times a week at first.
Responses to Q2:
We have around 45 clients currently and all 45 are ADDT clients or under the work activity program. We can bill at maximum 5 hours per day for them and provide no therapies. Due to this, we recently implemented a summer schedule of client departure at 1PM on Thursday and Fridays to give everyone a much needed break, implement trainings and all-hands staff meetings and help combat heat exhaustion for our clients that work in the recycling center.

All of our ADDT clients only receive ADDT services. We contract our OT, PT, ST services out and at this moment none of our adults receive any of these services.
We have 60 AD clients that are here 6-7 hours.
