Here at Jumpstart, we have set up a comfortable chair in the infant room with information on the wall for them to look at while breastfeeding. Jennifer Wright JSCertifiedTeacher@pcdcmena.com Policy: Breastfeeding Policy for Jumpstart Purpose: This policy aims to support breastfeeding mothers and promote the health and well-being of infants in our care. Policy Requirements: Private Space for Breastfeeding: Jumpstart provides a designated private area for mothers to breastfeed or express breast milk. This space includes a comfortable chair and access to a refrigerator for safely storing expressed breast milk. Storage Facilities: A refrigerator is available in the breastfeeding area for mothers to store expressed milk. We also provide freezer space when necessary to ensure the safe preservation of breast milk.
