We have a potential enrollment who has an ID diagnosis from his doctor, but after contacting his high school, we have learned that his psychological evaluation has been destroyed because it has been so many years since he graduated. Beyond getting another psychological evaluation, is there a way we can enroll him?

We have a potential enrollment who has an ID diagnosis from his doctor, but after contacting his high school, we have learned that his psychological evaluation has been destroyed because it has been so many years since he graduated. The high school did verify that he was diagnosed with MR, 500 minutes of SpEd a week, and graduated (I don’t know how they know one but don’t have the psychological eval). Beyond getting another psychological eval, is there a way we can enroll him? He has no family support.
