Providers with group homes — who uses certified nurses to do med pass, and who has self-medication(no nurse).
What system, software, or applications do you utilize to keep track of expiring dates for required paperwork such as med forms, med logs, pysch evals, facesheets, behavior plans, etc.? Right now we check all files 2x a year but I feel like there might be an easier way to keep track of expiring dates.
This question is for all ADDT, EIDT, and Waiver staff.
We are having a difficult time recruiting and retaining employees. Our board of directors has discussed revising our entry pay and then giving raises to retain employees. Is there anyone willing to share their pay schedule for the above referenced places/positions and how often are raises given? How do other facilities retain their staff?
At this time, we can only offer FT employees PTO & employee discount for childcare. PT employees are only eligible for the employee discount on childcare. All employees can contribute to our group retirement plan and the growth/loss of the plan is given back to the participating employees.
