We test the staff we hire full time to work on-site. but, DPSQA is saying that contract therapists who come in must also have a negative drug screen. We are trying to seek answers from them regarding any volunteers, student observers, and therapy students completing clinicals. This has never been an issue in the past. Does anyone know if this is in the regulations?
