We do not drug test volunteers, student observers, therapy/nursing students completing clinicals.
In the EIDT Manual Section 307 Third-Party Service Agreements it states third party agreements must follow all EIDT rules, laws and regulations. Would this section clarify that?
I would refer to section 304 Employee Records in the ADDT manual.
We drug screen all of our employees, including subcontracted therapist, volunteers etc. They have to pass drug screens, backgrounds, registries, etc. that our employees do.
