We have two. We have two types of payment. $550 per month if they want an adult service plan of care. $350 a month if they just want to attend as a guest and participate in group activities. We charge the same daily Medicaid mile rate if they live off of an existing route. I.E. from their home out to the existing route. Ratio plays a big part as well. We don't add a non medicaid client if It requires us to hire an additional staff person. Still doesn't really cover our expenses so we will probably be changing the rate first of the year.
