One on my billing ladies says that if you do not have medicaid and you have a DDS 888# it should show when you pull eligibility from Medicaid. Barbara Staggs barbara.staggs@sadccf.org There is a portal now where you input the data from the enrollment form and it generates the DDS number for you. I don't know the portal address, but contact can be made with Lindsey Huddleston wilkerson.lindsey@advantageseark.org We use the new DDS portal to do admissions, discharges, and look up current DDS numbers for adults, not sure if it's the same for children though. but, when this portal was done and went live, not all DDS clients got uploaded into the system, so we still have to reach out sometimes to someone in DDS to confirm the DDS numbers. The link does say incident but it isn't for incident reporting, it's for admissions/discharges. https://ardhs.my.site.
