Do you know any working contact person with a phone number at ATC that does the credentialing? Have you had any issues with getting a therapist credentialed with ATC. Any experts from a provider available for our team to talk to about this? Our issue: We have been sending in the forms following the processes from ATC. Everything is online and gets submitted via email. The ATC Credentialing team is not providing any phone number for contact. The number we had is out of service! We sent numerous emails…no response An online credentialing meeting was not attended by ATC either. We have gotten all our applications back …NOT Approved.
We had similar issue. We had an issue with credentialing through ATC. Even though we had sent in our credentialing, they were showing they didn’t have it. Kept sending it back over and over. Tried calling, all the numbers disconnected. Finally reached someone in another ATC office and they said credentialing “doesn’t take phone calls.” We did FINALLY get email verification they had found and/or received our credentialing info.
