You have to add in the salaries, but they don’t reimburse based on salaries. The reimbursement is based on meals/snacks served. If they do reimburse for salaries, someone tell me how. My biggest recommendation is to call your CACFP rep (or whatever they are called). Mine walks me through any questions I have, and I know they have the answer they want.
