Do any of our providers have a written procedure for personal care and bathroom procedures for consumers that they’d be willing to share? We need to address who is responsible for personal care, methods used for completing personal care, documentation of personal care completed, and who is responsible for reviewing the documentation. Any help would be appreciated.
We are licensed to do personal care. The staff person often is also the waiver staff. but, they have prescribed duties on the PC plan of care and are required to do 40 hours training initially and meet both programs annual training.
