Leah holds a MSE in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Central Arkansas.  She has taught in various elementary school positions, served as an itinerant teacher for the Arkansas River Education Services Cooperative Early Childhood Special Education program where she provided direct instruction to preschool aged children with special needs.  She has also served as the Director of Preschool Services and Associate Director for Civitan Services where she currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.
