DeAnna Doherty is the Executive Director for Advantages of Southeast Arkansas. She has 19 years of experience in the IDD field, all of which she gained at Advantages.  Before becoming Advantages, Inc’s Executive Director, she was an EIDT director for their Monticello site and the Programs director over their CES waiver, ADDT, and EIDT sites. She also works with CARF as a program surveyor. DeAnna is a DDPA Board Member, as well as being involved in her local Kiwanis club and serving as the event coordinator for The CALL. She created Press Pause and Play, a free city wide initiative to encourage families to put down their electronics and participate in play activities with their children. DeAnna is an active member of New Life Assembly of God in Monticello, where she serves as the Missions director, a Sunday School teacher, and is part of the hospitality team. In her spare time, DeAnna likes to read and garden.
