Bio:

Stacie Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Director of Care Coordination at CareSource PASSE. Born and raised in Russellville, Arkansas, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Sociology from Ouachita Baptist University and a Master of Science in Community Counseling from Henderson State University.

Stacie began her career providing outpatient behavioral therapy, primarily in school-based settings. This experience led to roles in care coordination and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those who experience foster care. She previously served as Clinical Director for the Adult Behavioral Health Program at Empower Healthcare Solutions PASSE and as a Clinical Care Coordinator at Beacon Health Options.

A recognized leader in Arkansas’s child welfare system, Stacie has been honored for her advocacy and service to children and families. She played a key role in developing the Arkansas Strategic Plan for Foster Care Placement in response to Governor Sarah Sanders’ Executive Order and contributed to Every Child Arkansas’s workgroup to implement its recommendations.

Stacie is also a Certified Autism Specialist and the mother of a young adult who is passionate about Michael Jackson and has Autism. She currently resides in Bryant, Arkansas, and enjoys attending concerts and traveling with her son to theme parks in her spare time.
