Miranda Cavaness, MA, BCBA I am currently the BCBA on the state leadership team at UA/Partners for a Prevention Pilot funded by DHS. I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals with varying needs through a multifaceted background in mental health and behavioral services. With over 25 years of experience, I began as a Mental Health Paraprofessional before advancing to Site Director for summer and after-school mental health programs. I worked as a Provisionally Licensed Psychological Examiner in school and community settings and later served as a Case Manager for CES waiver. For the past decade, I have been a statewide consultant for the Autism Waiver, and for the last seven years, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. My expertise extends to trauma-informed care, developmental differences, and clinical and forensic practices. Passionate about providing compassionate care, I am committed to empowering individuals facing significant challenges through evidence-based, person-centered approaches.
