Mike Davidson is known across Arkansas and beyond as a trusted Leadership Navigator. A Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker and Coach, Mike has developed a proven training program that equips business owners to build strong leaders within their organizations. He also provides executive-level coaching and consults with companies nationwide to help them clarify, implement, and live out their vision and culture. Mike is passionate about leadership—and firmly believes that every hiring decision is a leadership decision.
Before launching his leadership practice, Mike built a successful career in the automotive industry. It all began in 1984, detailing cars at a GMC dealership. From there, he gained experience in both dealerships and independent repair shops before founding Parkway Automotive in 1998. He led the business for 25 years until its sale in 2023. During that time, he created an automotive apprenticeship program that earned U.S. Department of Labor approval and remains in use today.
Mike was honored as Arkansas’ NAPA/ASE Technician of the Year for seven consecutive years. He is also a published author, seasoned business coach, and nationally recognized speaker.
Mike lives in Bryant, Arkansas, with his wife. They have four grown children. He is an active member of The Bible Church of Little Rock, where he has served as an elder, deacon, and Children’s Ministry Director.
