Lauren Grounds is the Senior Director of Medical Management Operations for Arkansas Total Care. Lauren received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic and State University and her master’s degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Lauren joined Centene in 2019 with over 12 years of healthcare experience ranging from direct practice to Medicaid Managed Care rollout. Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and prior to joining Centene, served as a Director of Behavior Health where she was responsible for the development and oversight of all behavior health programs.
