Bio:

Harry Ehrenberg is the parent of a child with special needs.  For over 30 years, Harry worked with parents of children who have a disability, helping them arrange their estate to provide for the children’s financial security and ensure the quality of their child’s life.  He has also lobbied at the state and federal levels on behalf of these families.  For example, he participated in meetings with the staff of the United States Senate Finance Committee about legislation that clarified the use of special needs trusts to maintain Medicaid eligibility.  The position he advocated became part of the tax act of 1993 (OBRA 93). The Arkansas Bar Association has recognized his expertise in this area.  He has taught Medicaid eligibility planning at continuing legal education seminars.

Harry is the founder of the Special Needs Estate Planning Taskforce and the owner of a life insurance agency dating back to 1898.
