Geania B. Dickey is distinguished for her ability to identify, coordinate, and channel the strengths of individuals, organizations, and social movements. Using these skills, she has helped state and federal administrators forge new paths to improve early childhood workforce leadership and to build systems that monitor and support continuous quality improvement in early childhood settings.
Geania holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Public Administration. She currently works as a part-time consultant at A-State University. She is the Principal of dot2dot consulting, LLC. Geania has been named National Exchange Leader in 2019, Arkansas Times’ Visionary in 2013, the recipient of Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families, Friend of Children Award, also in 2013, among others. She resides in Malvern with her husband Matt and enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren.
