I am the Senior Director of Utilization Management and have been engaged in a leadership role with Empower since 2022.  I have extensive experience working with Medicaid Waiver and the IDD community, as well as behavioral health as a Licensed Professional Counselor.  I have worked as a provider for both behavioral health and waiver services.
