J. Cliff McKinney is a managing member of Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC in Little Rock, Arkansas where he primarily practices real estate law. He has extensive experience on large-scale projects throughout the mid-south and is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. Cliff holds a B.A. from Baylor University, an M.P.A. and J.D. from the University of Arkansas, and an LL.M. from Southern Methodist University. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock law school, where he has taught real estate courses since 2007. He is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA) and a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). He is also an active member of the Uniform Law Commission, having served on several ULC committees, including the Legislative Council and the Joint Editorial Board for Uniform Real Property Acts.
