I am the Senior Director of Care Coordination for the IDD and Complex Care Population at Empower Healthcare Solutions.  I have been in a leadership role for Empower since 2022 but have been involved with the PASSE program since its inception in 2019.  I have over 20 years of experience as a waiver provider and working with DHS.
