Anne Thomas Madsen, M.S., CRC, serves as the Statewide Pre-Employment Transition Services Manager for Arkansas Rehabilitation Services. During her seven years with ARS, she served four years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor before becoming the Pre-ETS Coordinator. In October, she stepped into the role of Pre-ETS Manager, where she oversees statewide initiatives supporting Pre-Employment Transition Services. Her work focuses on expanding opportunities for students with disabilities to explore careers, build workplace readiness skills, and successfully transition from school to competitive integrated employment.
